The Alena Resort a Pramana Experience

We had a great experience here. The food is great, they even offer a cooking class, the spa is excellent, there are 2 pools & a jacuzzi, the rooms are beautiful & comfortable done in a traditional Balinese style & the staff is highly caring & hospitable. Definitely recommend this!

Traveling with a baby can often be challenging, but the team here made it effortless — always ready with a smile, offering help when needed, and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Small gestures, like arranging baby-friendly meals, checking in on our needs during breakfast, and even engaging with our baby, made us feel truly looked after. The resort itself is serene, beautifully designed, and perfect for a peaceful family getaway, but what sets it apart is the exceptional hospitality. It felt less like staying at a resort and more like being welcomed into a family. Highly recommend Alena Resort for anyone traveling with young children — their kindness and attentiveness made our Bali trip truly memorable.

Very nice boutique hotel in a quiet corner of otherwise chaotic Ubud. Excellent food and service. They offer free shuttle to Ubud market and offer many customised travel and cultural experiences as well.

It’s a nice boutique hotel in a tranquil part of otherwise chaotic Ubud. Hotel offers really good rooms, food, and service. Free shuttle services to Ubud market and thoughtfully crafted tour packages in and around Bali.

This is a boutique romantic hotel. So if you are used to the regular 5 stars or 4 stars, this is not your place. Its a quiet romantic place majorly for the couples but not with kids. The breakfast here is Ala carte and not Buffet. The hotel staff is very friendly and tries to give their best. The location is okay.

While the resort does many things well, I believe there is serious room for improvement when it comes to food quality and service in the dining area. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure a more consistent and satisfying experience for future guests.

It’s just perfect place for vacation. You will feel pampered. Each and every details are taken care of perfectly. Food is amazing and shuttle service makes it easy to travel to Ubud Central.

Everything from checkin to checkout was great. All the staff members went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was excellent n portions were big.

It is a good resort but it's little far from the market. Apart stay is good and they don't provide buffet breakfast. On order they provide breakfast. But if you want to stay in the outer area then go for it. If you want to live in the city do not go and also it does not look like a 5 star property

1st experience too narrow road broken hard to find 2ndly not like 5 star property 3rd its more of jungle resort with many insects biting and at night its totally scary suggest not to visit with children at all less cleanliness breakfast alacart not good for vegetarians overall scary with weird insects not safe pool has so many plants that u can hear frogs making sound even at day time so pool also i didn't used because of insects nearby lots n lots of ants on bath tub bed table etc etc

We had a comfortable stay at alena. The property is very good and the staff was awesome. They made sure that our stay at their property is comfortable. The room size and the food quality was good as well. I highly recommend it.

Recently been to this hotel and it’s perfect for vacation and rest. The hotel staff is extremely polite and forthcoming. The food is also delicious and our room was also great with a private pool. Overall a lovely experience!
