rooms r well maintained , service is good but need to give more pure vegetarian food in breakfast as even bread contains egg

Huge rooms but old property. The pool access room was not worth it as the depth of the pool is quite deep so we had to access the pool from common access side

The property was kms away from the beach with shuttle to beach every 2 hours. Not as grand as the other properties nearby but still very good. Near clean and tidy. Not too big nor too small. Had everything needed.

Lovely place. Spacious rooms with balcony, greenery all over the place, excellent breakfast with a lot of varieties available, very supportive staff, amazing wifi speed and frequent shuttle to the private beach! plenty of shopping marts and eateries within 5 minutes of walking distance.

It was a nice stay at grand bali nusa dua but property was bit old which need lots of interior maintenance, outdoor was great and had very limited choice for vegetarians in breakfast.

It was an excellent stay, clean rooms excellent ambience and great food. Last but not the least great hospitality which made our trip most memorable.

Our stay was wonderful especially with the hospitality and wonderful service by the hotel staff, especially marsh a who was so helpful and hardworking! loved it!

Right from the arrival to the departure, our stay was exceptionally pleasant. The rooms are spacious coupled with huge washrooms and nice balconies. The swimming pool is also tastefully made with all the right hues and touches. Absolutely loved the warmth of all of the staff at the Grand Bali and I believe that is something that makes a good hotel great! Looking forward to returning sometime soon!

We stayed at Grand Bali only for a day, we got a free upgrade and we are thankful for that. Breakfast does not have a whole lot of variety but the options available are pretty sufficient. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel location is a bit far from beach but they have free shuttle from/to beach which is very helpful. It is a quiet location and suitable for those who want a peaceful holiday. One drawback is that they don't have a lift though its only 3 floors, lift is needed.

It was a lovely stay. The rooms are well kept, The staff is very good and they really take care of u. The overall stay is really good.
