Location of the property is good.Some good options of Indian Food in breakfast.Hospitality was also good.

It’s far from city center. They have limited shuttle service to city center. The food is very limited. Staff is all interns, no mature staff.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were great!

Ariana was our tour guide to room and hotel. She is very nice, polite and humble lady. All staff members - Arya etc were very cooperative. Moonlight cafe breakfast was tasty and view is really great. Rooms are neat and clean. The location was awesome and close to beach as well as Market. We loved our stay.💕

Location is good but the overall facilities were average qualitybfor example the ambience and food quality was very average for the charges.

Perfect location and an amazing experience staying in this resort. Property is located next to beach, we had great fun doing surfing. Spacious and clean rooms and hotel staff was very helpful.

I was disappointed considering that this was rated as a luxury hotel. The ocean suite was quite spacious and well appointed. The beach access and pool was closed during our stay due to a musical event which the hotel didn’t previously alert. This was a major dampener. The roof top restaurant had great views and excellent breakfast choices. The options were limited for dinner and practically had no veg options.

Not value for money. Room service is slow. The room size is good but service not upto the mark (accessories in room faulty. For e. G ceiling shower is jammed, speakers in rooms not working, coffee machine not very smooth.

The room was noted as ocean facing, however had a lot of blockage as it was on ground floor and ocean was hardly visible.

Bang on seminyak beach, this is a fabulous hotel esp for couples because their suite is gorgeous with jacuzzi in balcony and a spacious bathroom and powder room. The breakfast spread was good with a great view of the beach.

Excellent location, very courteous staff, beautiful breakfast spread on open roof top restaurant over looking the sea. Walking distance to bars and good restaurants. Best sunset view. Highly recommended.

The hotel room is quite spacious with separate room to maintain all of your lugguge. The sea view from bolcony is amazing the hotel staff is vary courteous and will go extra mile to help if more indian are. Choosing this hotel than should have one chef for indian food but no complain at all

Grand seminyak is a good resort right in front of the seminyak beach. Staff is courteous. Wish they had some indian food as well.

This is in regard to our stay in seminayak grand,seminayak which was booked for 2 nights from 29 may to 31 may. To bring to your notice that we were facing the issue regarding the room having multiple issues like water leakage,ants etc and the hotel not being maintained.Upon bringing this issue with the hotel manager he has agreed immediately to refund us amount of 1 night as we checked out on 30 may instead of 31st may.Kindly refund the amount to the source by which we paid

The hospitality is v good people and staff are v friendly and calm breakfast is v good also the property is at the v nice view point
