I stayed there for 4 nights and it was one of my best experiences so far. In terms of service and guest relations I would rate them 5 star. The rooms were good. The connection of the room with the swimming pool is an added advantage. This is the Ossotel of my choice even on my next trip to Bali. Restaurant food is good. They could have some more variety for vegetarians both in breakfast and menu.

Thank you Ossotel' Staff. Newer property and kept extremely clean. Excellent Ossotel of this class ... Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area, and would recommend to others. This Ossotel has a great location.

Staff are friendly, extremely courteous. They kept giving pastry, chocolates everyday during the stay. It's cute. Room, washroom are well maintained.

We were impressed by the service of this Ossotel. We had booked a superior room and got a room on 1st floor overlooking the pool. The pool was amazing and clean. Location was close to Legian Street (partying) and Legian beach.
We did not take food but location and service were excellent
