Due to bad weather conditions, Sanur harbour port was closed. I request hote to reschedule. They did not and when I called again, they dint pick neither responded on whatsapp messages. Their government also released notice for port closure, its not my fault. Kindly return money or give a voucher for future bookings.

Apart from room view, nothing was good. Food options were not much, toiletries quality not good.....

okayissh hotel not that great location not good views are good of sea location far from everything a jungle type area which feels unsafe as nothing is nearby cleanliness was good room doors and balcony doors are in very poor condition if you are travelling location is not easy to reach not easily accessible a bit difficult to reacb

This hotel is just a marvellous place to stay and relax. It is close to the beach yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping areas. The rooms and hotel grounds are kept absolutely immaculate and the hospitality and service of the staff are first rate to say the least. From Sri, Wulan and Nety on the reception desk who will help you with anything you could possibly need. To the fantastic waitstaff consisting of Bagus, Ade, Edi, Meda, Wishnu and Alma who are the most friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are absolutely immaculate and are cleaned daily by Arya, Wira and Cantona (3rd Floor, we always stay on the 3rd Floor) the boys are so helpful and polite and work extremely hard to make your stay comfortable as always. Overall this is a perfect location for us and we would never even consider changing to another hotel. The local supermarket is just around the corner and the main street in Kuta starts about a 5 min walk away. Thank you to everyone at Sulis Beach Hotel who always make our stay the very best. It has a pool but that is not a private pool and its open for everyone. Only positive thing is you will get the best view.
