I had a pleasant stay at Fairfield Marriott Kuta Sunset Road. The infrastructure is well-maintained, clean, and overall the property feels comfortable and welcoming. The Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road is located a little inward from the main road (not directly on it), but still convenient enough to reach major spots. The staff are warm and polite, and the service quality is good. Everything else during my stay was smooth. The food ranges from good to average — decent variety, but could be improved in terms of flavor and consistency. One area that definitely needs attention is language communication. Not all staff are comfortable with English, and since Bali is a major international tourist destination, this becomes a serious challenge. I personally faced a very difficult situation due to the language barrier and had to rely on Google Translate, which was not always effective. For a global brand like Marriott, where international travelers are common, I strongly recommend better English training for staff to improve guest experience. Apart from this, the stay was enjoyable and comfortable. If the language gap is addressed, it would make the experience truly seamless for all visitors.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott, Bali Kuta Sunset Road. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, both local and international. The location is convenient — close to Kuta Beach and other attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax. The pool area and gym were also well-kept. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money experience — would definitely recommend it for a pleasant Bali stay!

I booked a stay here for 4 nights. The room was really comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but did try the in-house restaurant. All though, vegetarian options were few, they were tasty. The Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road location is also quite good. Can be the base to visit multiple sites near bali. Icing on the cake, is the ganesh restaurant just 2 mins away, which serves good indian food !

Property is gud, location ambience staff all gud. Only drawback is lack of indian food. Indian items few that were made were not gud at all. And indian chef should be there. Apart from that my kid need hot chocolate that was also unavailable, chocolate powder is must in ever e Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road restaurant.

Nice Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road, friendly and helpful staff. Pool was nice. Location is close to kuta market. But nothing much around if you want to walk.
