A special mention to Mr. Gung Wah and Ms. Nova Arianti for their attentive and courteous service. The pool-facing rooms with balconies were serene and calming, offering a peaceful retreat. The resort is slightly away from Ubud center, which adds to its tranquility. Guests are thoughtfully provided with ample mineral water—something rare among resorts—along with canned cool drinks, biscuits, and a fruit basket in the room. A small tip: if you enjoy multiple cups of tea in your room, consider bringing extra tea bags. Overall, a memorable stay that combines comfort, great food, and warm hospitality.

We had a pleasant stay in best western premier agung. The entire staffs are very humble and ready to help especially mr yoga. They provided us shuttle service to ubud market. Breakfast spread was excellent and had varieties overall stay was very comfortable and definitely would recommend

Decent stay in Ubud! The rooms are average with an old-style design, but the property has a warm atmosphere thanks to the friendly staff. The availability of good vegetarian food options is a plus. Overall, I'd rate this property 4.5/5

The resort was beautiful and very peaceful rooms were super spacious and the staff was very friendly only problem was that vegetarian options were limited all in all a great experience and highly recommended

Property is well maintained and best part is that it is 10 min walk from ubud market. Rooms are clean and pool is also well maintained. There are events also organized for guest during dinner.
