The hotel ambience is good and very polite staff here. It’s closed to the market.

Property was decent in comparison with the price paid. Service was not good. Staff were polite but slow. Extra deposits were asked if you need any mentioned amenities also. Wrong amenities mentioned

Average hotel for one night near Airport. All facilities are provided . Rooms are very small. Hot water was there. The bed was not comfortable. There are no wardrobes.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are so polite and helpful. Super safe for couples and family and very near to airport.

Indian food not available food only the problem

Right from the check in till check out I experienced everything beyond excellence. Staff behavior was remarkable that I don't have words. All are so well mannered and cooperative. Interiors are really awesome of this hotel. Simple I felt that this hotel is my home. They provided me all facilities beyond my expectations. I really suggest that in Kuta it might be best hotel and everyone visiting Bali must go for it.

Breakfast was terrible. Though they serve you varieties of cuisines, they are so horrible. Water and juice glasses are not being properly washed. The smell coming out with the glasses would spoil your mood for having breakfast there.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay in Natya Hotel Kuta, they even provide shuttle service to nearby malls.

It was a great experience to stay at Hotel. Staff was pleasant. And had a wonderful breakfast.

Natya hotel is a very good and clean hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms and washrooms were very clean, AC good working, nice swimming pool, very tasty breakfast in the buffet and on your choice. Also, you can choose many varieties like Indian food, European food, and Italian food. This is a completely worthy hotel.

Location of a Hotel was good. Food I haven't tried so can't say anything about it.

We came for our honeymoon, loved the vibe, location and rooms, one of the best hotels I have been too, from indian food to good staff, great experience overall, will surely recommend

Where do I begin. Well let me start with the awesome staff. They all were so pleasant and kind throughout from check-in and check-out. Definitely won my heart. Experienced true hospitality. The room was clean with all the basic facilities like AC, WiFi, TV etc. Breakfast was great. Variety and quality was so good. I recommend every one to take up room along with breakfast. Location is convenient. 15 minutes walk from Kuta square. All in all a wonderful stay. Kudos to the Hotel and the whole team.
