Location is good..Entry doesn't gives an understanding of huge and beautiful resort inside. The Santara pool villa was excellent..absolutely value for money The accommodation was neat and provisioned good quality amenities. Food was above average. Staff was courteous who rendered excellent services.

Service & cleanliness is very good. Staff is wonderful. Location is nice . Not 5 star rating as missing on Indian food options

Property location - Overall location is peaceful. The resort is around 5 km to the ubud market, however, due to traffic it can be up to 30-40 min or even more to reach the hotel. There is a policy to prefer local drivers in Ubud so sometimes you can face issue while booking the cab from Grab or go-jek. However, drop is allowed. Food - Different cuisines are available. Indian food options are limited. Food prices are in the range of luxury resorts. Service was top-notch, all amenities listed were available. Staff is very helpful andpolite.

Lovely experience. Everything was just in place. The Villa was lovely and also great staff. The private pool overlooking the Jungle is great!

The resort’s ambience, welcoming staff, rooms all over is very comfortable and lovely. The resort is very beautiful loved the stay and View. The food is great and loved the stay (very pretty view and the resort ).

Amazing entrance i like bamboo shade on entrance.Nice room especially balcony sun rise view.Also nice room service and food is really so tasty .want to stay again

I recently stayed at your hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the pool, gym, breakfast & buffet .The location was also perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The staff were helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Great location and well maintained property. The resort has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is polite and well mannered. You can also spend quality time in the spa. The view from the resort is mesmerizing.

Very pleasant stay as the property located in lust green area of Ubud as well as in proximity with city market. Good food with vegetarian options available in hotel itself. Very polite and helpful staffs.

The resort is very good, veg food options are very limited. The views from the premium room is extremely good. Very limited to negligible indian food options. The staff mr. Ad i senna and dejus were very kind and helpful the only con is the location, it is in the interior and isolated place. You will need a vehicle to go outside, can't go walking anywhere outside.

There were very few people staying at the resort and the food was also not fresh. Pool and view from the room is good.

Hotel property is very nice. Ambience is good, rooms are spacious with good view from the balcony. Service wise felt bit average as my bathroom was having issue with hot water and had to wait long for it. Restaurant staff and reception staff is very polite and generous. We had a romantic dinner which was very nicely done by the hotel team
