MERUSAKA Nusa Dua

Want to enjoy with your family Merusaka is the best, beach access, all amenities, wonderful staff support, neat and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and you can enjoy snacks during swimming.

The rooms had issues like showers not working, water leaking from AC vents. For vegetation breakfast options first 2 days we were given only fried rice and noodles, later on insisting they tried to provide samosa, spring rolls and hash browns. They do not have an Indian chef. For those who are pure vegetarian it’s very tough. Rest was good. Hospitality was good. Beautiful ambience and private beach were the highlights.

Property was great, comfortable and large beds in rooms. Well maintained and clean. Only con bein lack of veg food options and Indian cuisine options.

Lovely looking hotel, right on the beach, great location in the very serene and elegant nusa dua area. Food was excellent and the hotel has many pools. Rooms were well done up

Had a wonderful stay. Property has many things to do and there is shuttle that goes every year to shopping center. Would like to visit again

Its a huge property with beautiful private beach but room interior is very average. Very little or no food options for vegetarian Indians.

While the property was quite good overall. Simple things like the shower head leaking and temperature control, bed comfort, etc made it much less than a five star experience.

Spacious and Clean rooms, amazing pool and great food for jains and vegetarians as well. The private beach was also very clean and well maintained

We had a wonderful stay at Merusaka. The check in process was smooth. The property is huge with 2 swimming pools and a private beach. The room was spotless but there were a couple of minor issues that were immediately rectified and did not cause any further problem. The daily breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of items and cuisines to choose from. The beach area was well maintained with a large number of beach chairs and umbrellas. We particularly liked th the complimentary photo shoot session and photographs that were provided. The location is far away from the shopping and dining areas and will need a vehicle to travel from the property. However at walkable distance is the Bali Colletion that has few eateries and shops Overall a truly enjoyable and wonderful stay in a remarkable property

Hi, the Merusaka staff is very unhelpful and too rude. About the food & service is not good at all and Indian food is not available. So I will not recommend this Merusaka resort to anyone.

The property is in good location near to beach side,All staff is very generous and cooperative.Neat and clean room . Restaurant manager trying their best to solve our problem.But it is not for Indians as food is not according to their menu.Rest is fine.Thanks

A very pleasant stay with luxury experience. The beach is by the resort with no access to swim. The resort has multiple pools with activities. The staff and service is great. Brilliant breakfast but other food options are limited for Indians.

Not a good room. Wait time is so long. Shower area has technical problem and we were not able to take bath on time. Second day there is mouse in toilet tub. We have not understand this type of incident in 5star Hotel.

Fabulous and enjoyable visit with family . We enjoyed the remarkable hospitality provided by the hotel . Food , stay and ambience was superb . Hotel staff was very cooperative and always would like to stay further.

Merusaka is a wonderful resort with great pools and a clean wide beach. The rooms are large and clean and the hospitality as well as the helpfulness and kindness of the staff adds to the experience

Gave us a room at first, with twin beds despite booking a king bed room with ocean view. The ocean was barely visible.

The property location was fantastic and the service was very good. The swimming pools were well maintained and the beach shack was also operational. Room amenities were excellent and the staff was helpful.

Merusaka is a very well laid out resort on the beach front of nusa dua. The resort has developed nice facilities at the beachfront which allows for all day enjoyment at the beach. Rooms are well appointed. All services are courteous. Food at its 4 restaurants is also very good. Overall the resort scores 11 out of 10 !

Overall, a great stay. Huge property with a ton of things to do. Good breakfast, and direct beach access as well. The villa was completely worth it.

Had a great stay. The location is great along with the private beach. The vegetarian option is not that great. Only a couple of decent options. Overall a good stay and a place revisiting.
