The bathroom towels were torn and stained. Dirty toilet seat which has to be replaced long time ago. There is zero Wi-Fi facilities ( you complaint to the staff about the poor Wi-Fi signal and they talk about the weather issue when the weather is completely ok. Stayed there for 2 days and the Wi-Fi was not fixed. Don’t take this place if you rely on hotel Wi-Fi…

The property is located at a quiet place and surrounded by rice fields and greenery. It's a good place to stay if you are not doing tours around ubud like we did. Food quality and quantity is also quite good in house. The only issue we found was with maintenance and cleanliness. There was cockroach in the room and cob webs too. We found 2 cockroaches in our room. The resort has a good shuttle service to and from the ubud centre which is very helpful. The staffs are very helpful as well. It was a nice stay for us.

The property is located at a quiet place and surrounded by rice fields and greenery. It's a good place to stay if you are not doing tours around ubud like we did. Food quality and quantity is also quite good in house. The only issue we found was with maintenance and cleanliness. There was cockroach in the room and cob webs too.
