Nice and comfortable hotel good location and good hospitality

The location was apt, the best we could find. Comfortable walking distance from Ubud Palace, right next to the most loved Sayuri Vegan Restaurant. It also has an Indian restaurant Sanskar right opposite where the food and staff were too good. The staff was good, rooms were decent and clean, restaurant had good Indian food options too for the breakfast. In a nut shell, it was a good stay because we didn't want to spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Property located in ubud city Center has access to many restaurants and places are near by from here.The staff at the hotel is amazing very good hospitality.

The food provided by the hotel was not good. There was nothing indian in the menu. They didn't know what is dosa or idli. They didn't bother know anything about the indian food.

Budject friendly and center in ubud / bali / indonesia. Easy to go all the shops and walkable distance for u dud palace.

Stay was nice, the pool was under maintenance but we were informed

They are giving one 2 nos of 500ml bottle free in a day after that guest hasto filled their water bottle themselves, that's terrible also before check in they inform us the fine charges if they lose the key n all, also fr extra tea kit they were asking fr extra charges, i never seen this kind of nuisance. Few staff were good. Need to work on this things, this is not the standard we expect after putting so much money.

Property is within city at a prime location, most of the places to visit in ubud are nearby. Breakfast was good, just its that they provide same menu in breakfast daily, but it was nice. Almost all the amenities were there. The property excels in providing services, the staff is super helpful. Overall it's a great place to stay at.

The price of the hotel was did not matched with the service provided. Pool was small room were small. Too much expensive. Stayed in best western two days prior in the same locality same price. It was awesome
