The room doesn't have any view, even though the room is spacious. The ac was not working properly. The breakfast had very limited options and did not even have a decent coffee. Although the staff were accommodating and friendly, this resort is not worth the price we paid.

Quiet area, little away from the ubud centre

Everything is great about this place, the staff, the food, their hospitality, everything is good and the view are breath taking.

Amazing views, awesome property and hidden River.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the Ubud Town. Food menu is marked in dollars. Overall foods is good. Service is good too.

This place is essentially an old art museum, staff just entered our room (despite us telling them to not enter). This behaviour is unheard of and caused us fear, anxiety and a feeling of zero safety. we couldn't sleep after that. The hotel has an ultra strange policy wherein they force you to leave the room key with them, even if you don't wish to. During our stay - they did not even provide basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, and ironing box (saying that they didn't have a policy). It's a scam, a beautiful property that may have been at its prime 20 years ago! Very disappointing and truly shocking experience. Our last night was torture, as we had to block the room with chairs because we were not sure about safety levels in the room. The staff was not cooperative after telling them the issue, and seemed to act as if it were normal for a guest's belongings to be sifted through and room accessed despite explicit instructions to not do so!

Excellent hotel with excellent location hotel staff is very good and also provide the tremendous services.

Just came from Bali Holidays. The two days stay at this resort was a wonderful experience. Specially I love its location on the edge of valley. Its infinity pool facing valley, its super big studio rooms, and the amazing art gallery the personal collection of resort owner. The nearby rice paddy fields at walk-able distance were breath taking. Though no of rooms were less and food service had limited choice and expensive but the breakfast was excellent. My family loved this resort so much that we just cancelled our sightseeing visits and enjoyed the beautiful weather here. Its worth for money.

Location is stupendous, this hotel sits on a hillside with the river flowing below, it looks like stepped plantation of trees, perfectly poised for honeymooners, about 10 kms from Ubud central market and linked by a narrow intertwining road through the rice fields, quiet and away from the hustle bustle of city. Good food and facilities, found many mosquitoes due to sultry conditions. However not favourable to walk down from city, no street lights must have a cab. Best to make friends with a cabbie and call him everyday.
