Great service we spend 6 days in ZIA Hotel Kuta evry things was good 1 nice location kuta beach is 5 to 7 minutes walking distance 2 2 to 3 minutes walking distance to shopping street 3 ZIA Hotel Kuta staff are vey polit and helpful 4 room is clean and big enough hot water is coming 24 hours bed is comfortable all over experience is very good
