Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort

Amazing experience. A huge spread of breakfast. And the food is really tasty. The property is huge. You need at-least 2 3 days to explore the property and the best part is that they have their own private beach which was just like 5 mins walk from our room. Overall an amazing experience. Would definitely love visiting this property again. And a special thanks to oka, for all the help.

Excellent hotel with almost a private beach access. The staff are very cooperative. Especially the concierge mr yoga who help with all our travel questions and plans

For a five star resort, the property falls well below expectations. It feels more like hostel compound rather than a hotel when you check in. Secondly, there’s huge communication gap between their booking departments and the check in desk. I think better to book marriots for half the price than this.

Sofitel bali was one of the best resorts i’ve stayed at in bali. The property was gorgeous, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful

Worth a vist to the hotel but it sometime can be crowded of events or weddings staff are friendly and the location is great

The property is very good but the location is unbeatable. It's located in nusa dua which is one of the best place in bali.

Inspite of showing confirmation of booking room was not given to us. They made us wait for 30 mins in lobby. Wifi is not working properly. I just hope that we have a smooth checkout now and date we don’t have to face any booking issues. Is everything cleared from your side now. Have you sent the confirmation to the hotel ?

The property is nicely built and in one of the most posh areas but the service was bad for a simple bottle of water i had to wait for more than an hour and that too after repeated requests the bathtub faucet was not working and not even a single drop of water could come out of it and the complaint regarding this also fell on deaf ear we brought all these things to the customer desk while checking out and we're compensated with a simple sorry

This place is just amazing. Everything from the check-in experience, rooms, property, pool and food was amazing. The breakfast buffet add-on is a must have.

They called me hundred times while I was taking shower, they even came to my door and started knocking while do not disturb sign was there. Hate it. Won’t recommend it to anyone to stay there.
