Very good beach front but average rooms

coupleGood property but room size nowhere near what it was mentioned while booking (2048 sq feet. Actually around 248. Much better rooms in more popular areas in half of the price. Plus they had 1 ton air con and half rotating fan which was not enough for the room. Positives- very good beach front.
