Prama Sanur Beach Bali

Well maintained property with friendly staff and excellent location with great spa and restaurants , will recommend definitely.

The initial room given to us was quite poor - unclean and not much light. However, a better room was given to us on. Complaining. Overall vegetarian food quality was poor with negligible options

Great location, excellent staff, great ambience and awesome food. Couldn't have asked for more and pram a sanur is the best choice in bali.

The hotel is fabulous for the price. The beach restaurants and common property are very good. If you are looking for a family vacation its beach is the perfect place to be. Cycling and running path are so good. Staff is courteous and very friendly. The lobby is a lil run down and rooms long due for renovation though very neat and comfortable.

Kids swimming pool is poor and needs maintenance. Rooms are very old and they need to be maintained. My wife and kids developed rash after sleeping on the beds. Beds bugs are there and we asked to change the beds and the beddings. Cleanliness is an issue here. Service and response is poor as it’s huge and they seem to be understaffed.

We booked the property for a day while travel-ling to nusa penida. The property was nothing like a 5 star hotel. The rooms were extremely small. We got the room much later than the check in time. The bed sheets were not cleaned well. Our plan was to relax that day and freshen before our next stop but we chose not to stay inside the room because of the poor hygiene

Prama Sanur has good Beach and good swimming pool. Good hotel, 4 stars for hotel. Good guest customer service. Don't call from landline to international calls very expensive.
