Poor hygiene, unprofessional service and inadequate facilities.

familyThe resort was a major letdown. Rooms were filthy, with poor hygiene across the property. The ac was ineffective, forcing me to move rooms, and i still had to shift my bed near the ac blower for some relief. The bathroom was dirty, with broken taps and a poorly maintained open layout. Staff were unprofessional, and during the day, only one staff member and a security guard were present, raising safety concerns. The lack of cleanliness, upkeep, and basic guest services made the experience frustrating. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. Not worth the money at all. Poor hygiene, unprofessional service, and inadequate facilities: a disappointing stay

Property not well maintained

Property needs to be maintained bed sheets were torn off. Lots of ants in bathing area. Very less lights in the room. Lots of green allgy near the swimming pool and shower is also not working near swimming pool. Fruits and juices were very fresh and good
