House Keeping and room service needs improvement. Indian breakfast i.e. Channa kulcha served every day is mot worth eating instead of alloo puri, Dosa Samber, Dalia or some other dishes which are very easy to cook can be provided. pls consider.

very bad experience mobile charging adaptor not working no moisturizer no shaving kit shower gel not filled water not filling in bath tub no jet spray we didn't enjoy our stay here. even after paying for a suite room the services are not upto the mark. sorry

Check process was easy, rooms are clean but washroom are not good. Location of hotel is easily accessible to places. Food was really bad.

Location is very good, everything is kuta is at walking distance from here. Breakfast is good and served early. All the eating options are at walking distance.

It was a pleasant stay in the room but the atmosphere aspect was bit different the staff was pretty unprofessional

We family stayed at this hotel for 2 night. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Pool is also fine. Room is bit small but clean & tidy. One thing i faced here. My adjacent room guest always seating outside & continue-sly make loud sound like mad person. He is alone & living there long duration. He kept a chair outside the door. First day i complaint but nobody look to this. But on 2nd day after complaint again they change my floor. Otherwise hotel is excellent in all aspects.

More attention to be paid towards cleanliness of the rooms.

The hotel is located at such a prominent place where almost everything is under reach. The cleanliness factor is lacking within the hotel rooms, rest everything was well up to the satisfaction level.

Hotel is beautiful and clean, room are bit smaller compared to as shown in images but rest everything is great.

Breakfast i would say average for indians. Good location for night life, not too far from airport. Rooms inter connected, u can hear other rooms noise, might be disturbing for family. Staff is friendly. Overall one time stay

We stayed there for 14 days and entire staff and room service were polite and professional. Loved the ambience and cleanliness of the hotel. Also its near supermarket, near to beaches like kuta and semniyak and also near to flea markets. So overall y loved the place and had a perfect stay.
