unhappy with accommodation

accommodation which I have booked is different than which I got .room also not that much .completely devastated with this accommodation. even I tried to have a word with make my trip agent unfortunately they were also not available 😕. I would say my money went in vein.

Hii guys i’m from india and its a genuine review from my side i stayed over there for 3 days the villa is incredible and spacious too. the private pool was also very clean And hospitality was excellent every staff member over there was so respectful always ready to help i must recommend you this private villa if you’re staying in ubud. and the breakfast was also lovely if you want to rent a scooty you can do it from villa with reasonable rates and yes grab and Gojek is not allowed in that area must stay in this villa. And thanks to arta villa team for making our honeymoon moon memorable
