Property was decent but not happy with the service

I was apprehensive on how a pool villa would turn out, being in the middle of the busy streets of seminyak. but, it was perfect. food, the location, the rooms, service. everything is good. if you can afford it, dont think twice. ✌

The hotel was located in good location and building was good rest all was worst hygiene was not followed we had insects, spider lizzards, snakes in our room breakfast menu was very small they didn't offered variety staff was rude they never bothered to help us on any issue felt like trapped they were least bothered to serve us and money wasted

Rooms are very good and bathrooms are huge.

Had a great time. I had booked villa with a private pool. Wonderful property. Only problem we had is the hot water. They did not have hot water the whole day. Everyone lae was great

Food is good by the chef, happy to go, nice to be in the property, stay for 2 night is good.

Awesome stay for honeymoon and people who want to enjoy the nature. It has almost all the amenities of a standard villa, the staff was very cordial and helpful.

The resort is walking distance from Double Six beach and not too far from Kuta-Legian street. The location is perfect as it is close to the party places yet very calm and peaceful near the stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable, the staff is very polite and helpful. We checked-in late in the evening due a flight delay, had dropped a mail to the resort informing the same and had a prompt response from them. The villa was ready by the time we reached. Comfortable stay overall.

Pool is awesome with ensured privacy. Location is a bit isolated from the main road. Breakfast has a choice of only 2 items, which was insufficient for us with a kid. Bathroom lacked cleanliness as there was water clogging.

We stayed in this property recently, and liked the villa in the first place. But, the cleanliness of the rooms, especially bathrooms was pathetic. Even after informing the housekeeping staff, rooms were not clean at all, bathrooms stinking, water logging. Overall that ruined the stay.

Pondok Sara villa offers a quiet and private stay to just relax and enjoy the vacation. The staff if very helpful and always eager to please. The food is awesome and the location is near to most of the hot spots in Semniyak. You can really shop for a variety of things and also take an appointment for some of the best tattoo shops in Bali.

Location is very good and staff members are very co operative.

The villa was beautiful but it had a peat problem. Insects I could manage but once I saw the rat, it became very difficult to spend the night

Breakfast was poor. No welcome drink given to us as was given to others. No bellboy. Unclean linen

The hotel is located in central Semniyak, very close to shopping street and beaches. It made commute to these places easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and food was good.

Good hotel to stay with friends or as couple. It is a little inside from the main street (500 meters) and is located at a little isolated (but safe) area. Only issues I had with the property was aircon and breakfast. There was just one unit of AC that was not working properly and we had to change the room. The new room had the same issue and had to call for a standing fan. So if you are hot blooded this places is certainly not for you. The breakfast menu was very weird where we were asked to only select one dish and one drink per person and that would be delivered in your villa at the time you choose. Apart from these two things it was a decent enough stay and private pool was clean and big enough for two people.
