Ac and lift not working, but veg food options available

Had a mixed experience, bad things were ac was not working in our room, they changed the room but the new room’s ac also didn’t work. It was very late and we were tired so we managed somehow as we had two other rooms for our family so we slept with them somehow. The lift was also not working and had to take fire exit staircase to get to the rooms. Good thing was breakfast buffet had vegetarian options.

The hotel’s good but I think they haven’t been able to maintain it for maybe covid…the rooms are nice but not maintained, breakfast spread is okay only…the staff’s very helpful though

Everything was great just free water bottle were very small.

Stay was a good experience

On the first day, there had been an issue with a bed which made terrible noise making it very uncomfortable. When complained, the next day resort arranged transit to their another villa at seminyak at an hour and half distance. Have to face real inconvenience of packing again and shifting to the new location. The resort is at outskirts from the main city or shopping area making the place more peaceful, relaxing and serene.
