first was offered room with window having frosted glass which means no view but then changed to swimming pool facing view. it was a great stay.

It aid swimming pool view on the superior room but there wasn't any view and no balcony too.

Stay and food are average. Spa service was good. Limited food options and of average quality. Added images

Harper kuta is located at legian and its worth it. They upgraded my room also. Facilities are great and staffs are very helpful

Wash basin water was salty. Please provide proper water for brushing teeth and washing face.

Room service was pathetic. We asked for extra plates to have dinner in the room, which i never got. Bathroom were stinking, no towel in room.

Our stay in this property was good and the property matched all the photos and descriptions. The staff were really friendly. There was a great spread for breakfast as well.

The location is good but nearby u hear loud music. Rooms are big and clean pool also very clean but the breakfast lakes choices for vegetarians. I would say average hotel with the best part of it’s location

the street the hotel located is bit weird 😳 with alcoholics on the road lots of noise around the hotel 🏨 with pubs and music 🎶 all night ,superior room is very tiny no space for the luggage ,locker isn't working ,no proper ventilation its like a pressure cooker only plus was the staff and the room service who cleaned the room on time ⏲️. restaurant is good with nice ambience and food 😋 👌, breakfast menu is limited and only south asian been served being a 4 star hotel

Location was good with all facilities nearby. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean. Although not good options for vegetarian food.

This place is located right next to the famous night clubs and also beach is easily accessible. Too many great outlets around this property. The cleanliness of the room was commendable.
