Anahata Villas & Spa Resort

The property is located very far from central ubud. The rooms are very decent as shown in the images.

Property is really beautiful and peaceful but the major problem we faced are 1- property is actually located outside ubud hence you need to book cab or take hotel shuttle to reach ubud market. 2- we faced electricity issues as well. Couple of things mcb of our room got tripped. It was really frustrating to call reception and inform them again and again. 3- considering the location price charged by the property is bit on a higher side as there is nothing in the radius of hotel.

We stayed at Anahata for 3 nights staring March 1, 2020 to March 4, 2020. I would rate the overall experience average to poor based on its location, breakfast served and the services.

It was good but not Worth the money

The 3 bedroom villa is quite big for a couple as it's in jungle. You will get complete privacy. Overall good villa with private pool. Breakfast option is limited.

It was a great stay in a private pool villa. Service was good but the breakfast option was limited. But it was a nice place to stay now.

Food is not that great. You either go out in the city or have dinner and then come back from your day tour.
Overall amazing experience. We were upgraded to 3 bhk villa with probate pool that was an icing on the cake. Hotel has hidden treasure (waterfall) for which you need be adventurous. People were good and polite. Spa is a must try activity. Food was not up to the mark, less options and no value for money.

Private pool villas are amazing here with a great view. Villas are really big with good service. You are very close to the nature. Restaurant is also nice with a very beautiful view. Only downside is it gets dark in the night and the lighting is not very great.

Hotel is located in the ubud village and you can see just jungle from room and can go to river also. Room and services was superb. We have get free upgrade as courtesy of the hotel. Lots of thanks to them, for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Warm welcome, got upgrade to 3bhk, great welcome massage, huge rooms, pool overlooking river(but not visible), Romantic view, pool should have been little big with reference to 3bhk . As it is surrounded by all the heavy forest area they should keep a note of safety of people from insects and snakes . Was scary especially at night . Room for improvement for breakfast . Overall a satisfied stay !!!

If you need a quiet getaway in Bali or Ubud, this is a tranquil as it gets. The villas are fantastic and because they were overbooked, they upgraded us at no extra cost. Breakfast was decent given that I am vegetarian, I was pleased with it. The staff are excellent and our dinners were outstanding. Note that this is away from the hustle of the Ubud market and at least a 2 hour drive from the airport and party places like Kuta so please keep that in mind while planning. Good for a 2 night stay.
