coupleIt provides services worse than a 3 star hotel and charges you money for a 5 star hotel. The staff is clueless. There is no problem solving attitude. The flush in our room wasn’t working and when we requested the lady at the front desk tamara that something be done about it. She asked us to use the common washroom on the first floor. Then she asked us to pack our bags at 1 am and move to a new room. The front desk staff david kept dwindling with the flush for an hour and we couldn’t go out for dinner that we had planned. The convenience of guest is not on the mind of staff at all. One kitchen staff when requested regarding something replied this is not my job. Utter disregard to guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The property, the rooms, the services and specially the attitude of staff is not at par with the money that is paid.
