I is stay was perfect. Hospitality was good. Rooms were good and clean. Only below things could have added more value: - food options in buffet were less, and no option for Indian food as Georgia attracts many Indian tourists. - most of the TV channels were not working. And no Hollywood movies channel was there. This is a major drawback in the Netflix Era, wherein many hotels provide access to Youtube and Netflix.

I had to separately pay 1900 rs. To get one level upgrade to my room. Overall just a very terrible experience and i would never ever book a hotel

It is an excellent hotel at central location with wonderful staff. Breakfast options ( veg and non-veg) are great. The staff is very helpful. Special shout out for Luca and gorgi (front desk manager).

Everything was good but no one is there to carry luggage. We need serve our self with luggage to room which is very irritating. Security will ask tips for every service they do. Free coffee machine in ground floor which is good. Receptionist lady did not give adapter even it was on her desk. Morning again i have to ask adapter then male reception person gave adapter with note down.

The hotel was really pleasant. The staff was very helpful and polite. Loved the location. Perfect for a stay in tbilisi. Will visit again for sure.

Location is good but the service was very bad. (1) we arrive the hotel at 5:30pm and still we have to wait for our room to be ready given that our check in time was already late afternoon. (2) breakfast menu option was always the same everyday. It will be nice to have a different menu specially for long staying guest. (3) our room had a water leakage at 3:00am and no one was answering the call from their reception. It was a heavy water leakage and the entire floor area was soaking wet. My husband has to go down to the hotel lobby to find help. We were dialing their number for 5 times full ring but with no response from anyone. But when my husband went down to the reception, their front desk agent and the manager was there.

People looking to stay in the centre of city with major attraction at walking distance can choose this hotel. The area is full of restaurants and shops which stays open till late in the night. One main challenge is google location. The location is for an adjacent lane so you will have to walk. Better get down at liberty square and walk 50mt. Hotel internal ambience and set up is great. Free coffee in the lobby is a great support for tired soul.

Rooms are very very small, wc has no tap, we have to go to the bathroom for that. There's no space to keep the check in luggage also.

The hotel is very well location. Just a minute walk from the central location which is a major brownie point. The hotel staff was also very cordial and helpful, especially considering that there were protests outside. The room was very clean and has good interiors. My only issue was with the lack of good vegetarian options in breakfast buffet. Suggestion is to keep some local georgian options such as beans in a pot, vegetable rice etc.

I always try staying in ibis as it not only economical, it has good service, good staff, excellent location & most important there staff are also friendly, i’m next week traveling to bake have booked ibis.

The hotel ibis style in tblishi was really good, rooms are bit smaller but cozy, nicely designed with vibrant colors that change your moods. Breakfast was good mix of local and continental overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel location is good, lack of basic amenities in hotel, average hotel.

Location and facilties are superb

Hotel location is very good. Good environment for tourism. Very clean and comfortable. Good budget hotel. But they should improve with gym and spa. Food is also good.
