Staff was courteous. Excellent staff at reception desk, very polite and very helpful. Hotel has great location, ambience and great breakfast menu. I got king size room with balcony with great view. Very peaceful stay and i recommend this Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace to all who want to book 5 star Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace in tbilisi. Thank you sheraton

The stay at sheraton was amazing. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were very clean and the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace was very clean. Must stay here when in tbilisi. It is 7-8 mins away from liberty square. The breakfast menu needs to change as it was same all days.
