Phone & reception counter responses were very poor. Staff was too cold. No service standards.

The hotel was conveniently located. The in-room food was not that great. The breakfast spread was really good. The service for food and cleaning was very slow. The rooms were clean but when cleaning was done, wasn't done how it should be. Body wash and conditioner bottles were empty. Upon asking, they filled the body wash bottle but removed the conditioner bottles altogether rather than filling it. We were also given a lower room claiming it to be the one we booked.

Excellent stay at Sheraton Tbilisi! The hotel exceeded all expectations — from its warm hospitality and elegant ambience to the spotless rooms and top-class facilities. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options catering to every taste. Truly a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!

Food was Good, but can Add more Of Indian Dishes. The Bathing area was too small , this was the biggest Disappointment. Didn’t expected from Sheraton. Location is good.

The stay at sheraton was amazing. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were very clean and the hotel was very clean. Must stay here when in tbilisi. It is 7-8 mins away from liberty square. The breakfast menu needs to change as it was same all days.

Staff was courteous. Excellent staff at reception desk, very polite and very helpful. Hotel has great location, ambience and great breakfast menu. I got king size room with balcony with great view. Very peaceful stay and i recommend this hotel to all who want to book 5 star hotel in tbilisi. Thank you sheraton
