Service is disaster, I booked this hotel for my mom and sister, they arrived at 8am the hotel reception was SLEEPING!!! This is not hotel it’s residential accommodation on 12th floor, my family were outside for 2 hours waiting for when reception will wake up because there is no information about the code or password for the door and elevator , this is not acceptable!!! Hotel far from everything, there is nothing around, and they don’t wanna provide takeaway breakfast, I have never seen this kinda rude service , I don’t recommend!!!
