Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City

Staff is polite & co operative. Room is very small but overall a decent package. Didn’t try the food or any other service.

Facility is good, many Indians are taking accommodation but not one option for Indian style food. Management should plan to add one Indian style food in breakfast.

Poor service, less food for vegetarian, reception lady was cold in her behaviour. Would never recommend anyone to stay there.

Very Small rooms , Very much disappointed with the hotel amenities as per the brand we choose. It doesn't seems to be Windham hotel I think my biggest mistake was I cancelled my Brosse Garden and Holiday inn and finalize this property...Only food was good and rest everything was just manageable...not happy at all with this property...5 nights stay in this property was my biggest mistake... during check inn no bell boy service was there need to carry all laugage, no Safe box in room, very very small size room, no proper cleaning by housekeeping, breakfast was same for all 5 days who are going to stay long nights will be in trouble...Im giving Average but actually for me it was poor experience as per the amount I paid to hotel, no Money exange, no travel cab on rent, nothing available no basic services available in hotel...brand hotel never seen like this in my life...

1. Breakfast was ok, same for all days. Scope of improvement is there for bringing variety in menu on different days 2. Rooms are clean. Toilets are also good. Shower was nice. 3. No good view from room

Very bad very bad because we reach to the property very late and the receptionist said sorry we don’t have a room for this hotel building and we are tolk with them please give room same building we are come so far and i book hotel from last week he said sorry i am help less u can complaint to make my trip so please i am u are regular customer and golden range so u have to clear this case this is the first time i feel lie this so thank you

Property's location is central so convenient however they can offer more variety in their breakfast menu.

Property is located near cathedral church near sheraton. Hotel is well connected with 5 mins walk to metro station and 10 mins walk to metheki bridge and maidan bazaar area. I would like a special mention to front desk officer mr. Georgia j. He’s a fantastic guy. I was planning to stay there for just one day but because of him, i stayed there for 4 days as he helped me with plans and resources in exploring the city. He has good knowledge of the country and a very well behaved gentleman. Thanks georgia for all the support. Will surely visit you again in future.

Room service was very slow

It was a lovely stay and the staff was very helpful. Recommended for anyone who’d want to stay closer to city center.

Staff forgets to make the room everyday and you are welcomed with unmade beds and uncleaned bathroom. Apart from that, fantastic property

Hotel is not clean and so many things

location was decent with decent in room dining. but housekeeping is horrible. day 1 we got cockroaches 🪳 in our room and had to call then in night to kill and clean the room. to our surprise, next full day, our rooms were not cleaned and we had to get rooms cleaned 7-8 pm in night after coming back to hotel. next day, please 1 lift wasn’t working & other lift couldn’t take load so we had to go down using stairs. last night, we were welcomed again by two cockroaches 🪳 in night in our rooms.

Everything was good but location is not good

Located very near to the city yet not so busy roads, the room was so spacious with two balconies, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. Bathrooms were so tidy and nice. Upkeep of the hotel is simply superb. Breakfast options can be improved as the spread was very little however in room dining was good. We loved our 3 days stay at ramada

We booked this hotel with great expectations, but really below average. Faces many issues, and not anything special we feel for this hotel: 1. Hand wash, body and shampoo gel containers are empty when we check in. While taking bath it's surprising. 2. When called to reception to refill it, needed to call thrice to get this. 3. It was very strange and bad experience, reception **** called at 2am in the morning when me and my family were in deep sleep. Receptionist asking is everything in the room is ok? it was disturbance to all of us. She should come to room to hear noise if anyone complain for the disturbance and she not sure from which room. They shouldn't call at any time to disturb sleeping guest. Very strange 4. In restaurant, food was okay, but no management to refill the plates, spoons. Evening day just to ask and wait to refill 5. Lift not working every time 6. No attendant in sweeming pool, we have to follow them to switch on the lights. 7. Jacuzee was not working. Let me know if you need more feedback

This property was very poor, comparing to ramada standard it was below par. There was no amenities for kids. When we visited, there were 80% of families were indians but still they didn't had a single indian cuisine for breakfast. They didn't had anything for kids to eat. The food was same for 3 days, no change in menu. The food was cold, even rotten fruits, not even cutted. And it was always empty, we always have to ask staff to refill. Attitude of staff was not helping, except the receptionist. Most of the staff don't even speak or understand english. Room service was very very slow. They don't clean and maintain the room. For everything we had to inform several times for small small things. It was the worst experience as a traveler. Very very substandard to ramada. I will not suggest this property to anyone.
