Location - The Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure is in a good location 500m to metro on main Rustaveli Street. Rooms - Clean rooms but very small. We wanted to pay for an upgrade to bigger rooms, but were not offered. Though they upgraded us for free for 1 night. Stayed for 4 nights. Food - Limited food options but a lot of restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. It's a no service Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure. No parking, no bellboy, no room service even for water you have to fill yourself from coolers on the floor. Overall it was good. One must choose bigger rooms well in advance if needed.

The Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure is great, new, clean, spacious rooms, very helpful front desk and just a amazing location. Lots of things to do, everything just a walk away. Had a lovely time here.

excellent location in the heart of the city. parking is a bit tough and It can be a bit challenging for your bolt driver to keep waiting for you.

the property was beautiful and located just 10 min walk from the parliament house. service of the staff was top notch. the room was cleaned daily. we didn't take the breakfast as it was super expensive
