Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi

This is an excellent 5 star property, clean, spacious & modern rooms, courteous staffs, onsite atm & forex office.

I stayed here with family and every facility had a problem 1. 7 th january 2023 we arrived, we got to know the swimming pool is being closed from 8th jan. 2. We asked for an upgrade to a better room as swimming pool was closed and we were not informed, the manager (i suppose) took us to a room on a higher floor; named the club room which even smaller than the standard room 3. Out of 4 restaurants, 2 were closed down, the legends bar was supposed to be closed at 2. 00 am but at 1. 50am it was already closed. We came for just 1 glass each 4. And 1 restaurant was all the hotel had for free breakfast and all day food (hotel was out of city. Shuttle was supposed to be provided for the spa from/to. But they made us wait almost one hour while returning from the spa and we ended up coming back walking when it was snowing. 5. Coffee cups were left unchanged after they made up our room. 6. On the last day, they informed they are cutting off the water supply due to maintainence. 7. When we went to the receptionist to complain about the spa shuttle service. Instead of apologizing, she kept saying "thank you" with a smile on her face. Hotel strongly not recommended.

The pool was under cleaning process which was not informed during booking my stay. We visited the recreational building for spa but there was no proper transport service during snow as the walking pathway was slippery and of course dangerous.

Stayed for a short duration. It is a newly built hotel. Very clean and staff friendly.

Really bad, cold food. No changes post complaint. Restaurant staff were not friendly

Nice hotel but little bit outside the City. But Worth every penny spent. Nice service
