Holiday Inn Express Tbilisi Avlabari, an IHG Hotel

We had a hill facing room on the top most floor which provided a view of the sunrise Very sweet and supportive staff ... especially Ms NINO at the Reception Enjoyed our stay

room smelly, small...rest breakfast was good.. average experience...................................

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There is no service provided, you will have to call atleast thrice and then go to reception to get things done. Only one dish used to change in breakfast other than that breakfast remained the same for 3 days straight. Hotels with better ameneties and services could be easily found within the same price range

the hotel is very nice has a great view from 4th and 5th floor and the staff are excellent in there work rooms are big and cozy, very central location every thing of this place is really beautiful and the alvbare metrois justoppositethe hotel .....worth the stays

our stay at holiday inn was fabulous. room was good and staff services were exceptional. amazing guest welcome received. yoi will get exchange, grocery metro, indian food near property location. they need to improve their breakfast menu as we didnt like it at all. there's not much choices for breakfast and no indian breakfast available. they dont have lunch/dinner facility if you want to avail.

Air conditioning wasn't working and they couldn't fix it. Had to ask multiple times for some ameneties and someone to check the ac before we got amenities and an answer on the AC. They were helpful in keeping our luggage when we arrived early.

Property location is good as it is near the Alvaberi metro also has supermarkets near by and you can walk to holy trinity Church from the hotel. Food was average, at least for vegetarians like myself, but not much of a spread for non vegetarians either. Amenities are basic and you have to call them for toiletries, rooms are small and cozy. Services are average, staff was helpful. A lot of Indians at this Hotel. It was a fine experience overall but the complimentary limit of 2 water bottles is a turn off and not allowed to refill from the water dispenser.

Stay was amazing, rooms were pretty nice too. All staffs were cooperative and were there to answer our queries whenever required. Thanks to Luka for his services.

The hotel stay was very good. Staff at front desk and restaurant was very cooperative and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and location is also close to metro station.

The biggest concern is it's pretty hot during the day and mild cold at night. they never switch on the air conditioners . no fan in room. had a terrific weak stay. hotel gives some reason which is ..... otherwise all okay.

Property is located at good place and since it is express property no food or amenities is provided. Every time we need to collect from reception desk. Breakfast qulaity is normal as it was same every day.

Great location of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and beyond expectations. They have a good garden sitting area if you want to enjoy the weather with some coffee. The Barista was very soft spoken and made really good coffee. Front desk staff are sweet and cooperative. Manager is well spoken and attentive. Breakfast variety could be improved, it’s the same repetitive everyday but tastes just fine. Room service I’d say is a bit slow but overall value for money.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient place. Avlabari metro station is just a minute walk from the hotel and all the attractions are nearby making it very convenient

The hotel is neat but with little less guest friendly. The room size is extremely small. Overall it was a very average stay. Recommended only if u plan to stay out the entire day.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was polite and helpful.
