had a pleasant stay !!! staff extremely courteous, polite and attentive to your requirements. Rooms are comfortable , with an amazing river view . Breakfast spread is delicious with great variety for Indian, arabic , turkish people. On our return day, the staff packed us freshly cooked aloo parathas for our early morning flight. I would rate 5/5 for such sweet gesture.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Size of room is quite decent. Breakfast is decent with good veg options. The hotel did not replenish water bottles on last night of our stay.

Initial Scare as the Hotel staff informed that there is no reservation from Make My Trip in my name. It was midnight with language barrier as the staff seemed to be irritated with little English. I told that my trip is completely paid. She took 10-15 minutes to find the reservation. After that the smile came on her face. I was relaxed. Though they were able to gave two rooms at different floors against our wish, but we accepted as no other option. However, after that the entire experience was excellent in all respects. Comfort, Breakfast and Hindi speaking staff were highlights. We stayed for 3 days and second day, they shifted us to same floor.

This was our second stay in royal tulip in one year our first time experience was very good, hence we chose to stay again in the same hotel and also recommend our friends to stay with us but to be honest, the experience was very bad room- were not clean/ washroom was stinking we had to change our room the towels were with stains even when you put them on the floor to be changed, the housekeeping used to keep the same towels for use restaurant - you had to go to chef to request for any order/ the server never came to us unless we requested for them to come casino- the casino cash-out was really a task/ they requested us to cash-out next day not sure for what reasons overall experience was really bad and will not recommend anyone to stay because of the above reasons

I would rate royal tulip 5 out of 5, just because of the service and the food.

The location of the property is bang on if one plans for tbilisi for 2-3 days. The hotel has awesome indian restaurant which serves variety indian food; even in buffet breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are also very big and very well furnished. The service staff was also very prompt. We had a wonderful experience.

The hotel room was nice, and we had good experience. The room was clean and got river side view which was good looking.

The hotel is not at the centre of the city, but yes, you do have a casino downstairs. The kitchen does serve indian food.

Good hotel. Location a bit off the tourist areas so cannot walk around. River view is good. Food was decent.

Hotel rooms are excellent and breakfast for indians is superb, only little location is an issue, u need to catch cab every time to reach the main areas, but it hardly cost rs 150-200. But give 5 starts to rooms and breakfast

Staff was very cooperative. Mr. Sunil sharma of the restaurant helped us a lot. Rooms were quite spacious and pool and zacuzzi were comfortable. Indian food was also available. Only issue was its distance from the centre. Overall it was an excellent stay. In fact, 3 days we stayed in ambassador i hotel (which was horrible. We wish if we would have stayed in royal tulip for these days as well.
