While the location is ideal, room service was terrible. We had given keys to clean the room but they didn’t do it. Air conditioning was centralised and we had no controls to set the room temperature. No parking for car was available despite it being specified in the booking. We had to pay for it.

Located at a prime location,very good and spacious rooms,24hrs hot water,we had to leave early from hotel so they packed breakfast and gave us in morning as we had to leave at 7am

Overall good experience, food was excellent,cleaning service was also good, good staff behaviour, location is near to bus stop and metro

Same food everyday very same room, low ceiling, small washroom, poor housekeeping

The toilet was not clean and smelled terrible the room looked worn-out and needed an upgrade, the bidet in the toilet was useless as the shut off valve was the only way to use it.

The rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Food is good. Location is excellent. Had a great time staying in the hotel. Will visit again.
