Shuttle service was very bad, had to wait at the pick up point for more than an hour and when we called the hotel they kept saying he will reach in 10 mins. The bath tub water was clogging.

From. Mumbai, india, i was in room 142 and around 1130pm went to the bathroom. The door locked and wouldn't open. Harrowing experience as i did not have my international phone with me in the bathroom and no way to call the hotel. Tried calling police but to no avail as my phone was only whatsapp enabled. I sent three emails with urgent subject heading but after 30 minutes at midnight, i what to whatsapp my family in india, where it was 330am. They called the hotel at an international calling and them the reception send someone up to open the door! had an hour of extremely concerning, embarrassing and irritating experience. Is that mercury hotels? i am not sure but either the maintenance people or the cleaning staff need to be better trained to help have customers a peaceful experience. Horrified by their not wanting people leave their hotel by locking them up. Ujval vaishnav mumbai

The hotel is good, rooms are fine. Good hospitality, staff is helpful. Breakfast spread is limited. In all a good budget hotel to stay.

Hotel is very close to airport so very convenient to catch early morning flight. Rooms are very spacious, clean & recently renovated. Hotel has early morning shuttle service. but they are changing euro 5 per person which picks up passengers from various hotels & drops at a particular terminal. All terminals are interconnected but we had to walk alot to get to our terminal. Thus, recommend to take taxi which also cost similar amount if you are 2-3 person. Also keep buffer time is case using shuttle. A park near the hotel is very beautiful & peaceful.

The staff was very helpful, they took are of all our needs. Made arrangements for drop to airport. Food was good

Need to wait for free shuttle from Airport to hotel. Check in process is easy. Rest all as per description.
