Novotel Suites Paris CDG Airport Villepinte

Hotel rooms were good, but food and beverage facility was very limited. Hotel doesn't serve lunch at all which was strange. Breakfast buffet was also with very limited options. It was difficult to commute from the hotel to city, since there was no metro nearby. Only option was to take Uber which is quite expensive.

The hotel was nice, extremely affordable at this price, and the facilities provided at the price were really nice. The hotel overall could use some renovation like the wood work in the hotel rooms and a couple of taps which do not work as expected as well as the hand dryer was also not working properly, but considering the location and the place, the price at which we got this was really great.

Good & comfortable stay; The rooms are comfortable & of a decent size, enough to accommodate 4 persons. with space to move around. There isn't a separate space for storing the luggage the luggage though. The bathroom is big with a bath tub and shower enclosure. The closet is separate from the bathroom which was very useful & unique. We checked in early and the staff were kind enough to provide the rooms and not charge us a fee. Bus is also close by to get to a train station or the There is a microwave and a kettle in the room to help you warm your food if any. Do try their coffee as we enjoyed it. Overall a good place to stay, though away from the city centre.

Hotel was good. Room ambience and bathroom cleanliness etc was superb. However the shuttle charges are quite high compared to other airport hotels.

I would strongly not recommend this hotel, poor service. Ac was not working, staff was not even bothered and not picking up our call. They don't have proper stass as well. Waste of money and time.

A quick overnight stop over to catch the next day's flight. Had to check in quite late, but woke up to a beautiful room with great amenities

our stay at this hotel was awesome, due to 1. behavior at the reception of the guy was very good and helpful 2. ⁠cleanliness is excellent 3. ⁠room service was 10/10 4. ⁠location very convenient 5. ⁠shuttle service to the airport without any hassle over all we enjoyed our stay. 😊

It is a hotel close to airport having pick up and drop at nominal cost. Very neat and tidy with all required amenities comes at a reasonable price.

Hotel was good but breakfast was not good. There is no option for vegetarian people.

Hotel is good but the staff needs improvement. Restaurant staff were not polite or responsive. Hotel is far from the airport, name can be misleading. Hotel shuttle is available after 4pm & its chargeable.

The variety of food offered was pathetic with hardly anything to eat for vegetarian and non- beef or non- pork eaters.

Stay at Novotel was excellent. Room was exceptionally good, staff was caring, breakfast was great! On the negative Side, while talking shower water leaks beyond the curtains and spreads in the entire area of bathroom.

Hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean and quite. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast menu Suites all the age group. Overall it was good stay.

I stayed in the hotel in the first week of June and had a bad experience with the front desk lady during check-in, who was rude and unpleasant. Location is remote in the middle of nowhere, however, the room size is adequate.

Shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and 3. If you are going to terminal don't book this.

The reception was not at all cooperative and rest was good.

Rooms were very clean and facilities were good. The shuttle service to and from airport is also good. The only problem was that staff could not understand English easily and my parents had to write down everything on a paper to communicate with them. Overall stay was good.

The location is very near to CDG. The rooms are very clean, soundproof and very well maintained. The only issue is that the shuttle bus starts at 5 Am, so if you have an early flight you cannot wait for that. Though Uber is available all the time it is very expensive.
