The Nouvel Hotel Eiffel Paris is newly renovated, tiny rooms and bathrooms but sufficient. If you dont mind taking a 30 mins walk to eiffel tower then this is the place for you. Best part is superbly connected to metro and bus stations with some grocery shops and restaurants within 400meter walk.
