No room service, they have standard procedures. Not the star hotel style. Staff are helpful, I was feeling cold given I am not used to it and I had requested them to increase the room AC temperature they were not comfortable doing it and I had request again and they increased it, later I asked them for a heater, they first said No and provided for it as they understood I am feeling very cold. You ask them for any service, they will ask you to come down and collect it. It’s a hotel and a well rated one, they should provide for room service.

Its average hotel. Far from Effiel tower and city attractions. Breakfast is not comfortable for vegetarian indian people. Indian restaurants near is 1 km . But room is specious. But staff is very friendly. No room service. Everything is self service. Very less staff all system in hotel is auto. Thats good. Good for stay

There was almost no service, the aç control was central and even after repeated requests nothing was done. The housekeeping staff was impolite and never didn’t proper clean up. The response of staff was almost rude mostly!!

Very good, big spacious rooms and breakfast spread was very varied and delicious. It was a pleasure to stay here for our trip in Paris. Ironing facilities are available on top floor.

The hotel is located just beside Metro Porte de Vances and very convenient for those traveling in Metro. The food was very good. Staff is very courteous. Overall a great stay

The Hotel is located near Metro and tram and easily connects you to major attractions in Paris. The breakfast was good and there are very good Italian and Turkish eateries next to the hotel.

Nice hospitality, staff was all good and always available to help. Location is also very nearby to public transport, be it Metro or Bus. Good safety measures adopted by hotel. Overall good experience.

The rooms are big and spacious. Staff is courteous. Only downside is breakfast has very limited veg options. Hotel is just next to metro station providing easy access. Basic grocery store, ATM is just opposite to hotel.

Location is right next to metro. Connectivity to all popular places is good. Prompt response to all our queries.

Novotel is next to Porte De Vanves metro station as well as 100 meters from 3a Tram route with the same stoppage name. The room we stayed in was spacious and it was equipped with all facilities, including a microwave that I didn't find in any other hotel across 5 cities in Europe during this 2 weeks trip. Good options in breakfast.

The stay was excellent. Emmanuel, the person in charge of the front desk also acted as the concierge. The quality of our stay in the hotel as well as in Paris, was immensely influenced by the warmth that Emmanuel extended to us. The rooms were great. Only thing that we missed, being Indians was a health faucet / bidget in the washroom. Would love to stay there every time we visit Paris...provided Emmanuel is there 😊
