Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Mercure Hotel offers good value for money with a convenient location close to key attractions. However, the breakfast and housekeeping services could be improved, and the rooms are relatively smaller compared to other hotels in the same range. Overall, it’s an average experience.

location is very good, but services are very ordinary. breakfast spread is the same every day. rooms are very small

Not very clean; not a value for money. Breakfast was very average. Didn’t like the layout of the room.

Location wise the property is 10/10. Very close to the eiffel tower, cafes and departmental stores. The metro station is 3-4 minutes walk. The staff was very cordial and helpful.

only pro is the location cons - 1. No one picks the room service call 2. the coffee machine had drity water full of dirt and plastic pieces in it 3. AC is very weak 4. Staff is very unprofessional. They just walk into the room without asking permission to clean or to refill the water/fridge. it's a safety concern 5. cash from my wallet in the room disappeared when I went. 6. no where close to being worth for the price. we were charged per night.

Room no 1037 AC Not working, Dryer not working. Rooms are very small, even no space to walk and in such a small room even AC was not working after complaining a lot of times.

Staff do not give clear information about the room services and facilities. I had booked rooms for two different nightts, first room had mini bar facilities and other not, though room was same.

It was a great stay and good location near to popular tourist locations and lots of cafe and restaurants

Room view was excellent ,staff was friendly also the infrastructure was superb love the place hoping to come back soon

In room, no drinking water. No toilet paper, nothing proper clean. Nothing housekeeping staff is like two star hotel is wrongly promote four star hotel.

The hotel is clean and near the effil tower but the hotel did not offer a bottle of water insides the room

The location is amazing as its 5 mins walk to eiffel tower. Food is fine, room is good, comfortable

Hygiene and all upto mark and standards brlfast options good juz few for vegetarian. Location is superb juz nxt to pullman and walking distance with all eateries

Only good thing about hotel is location. Other than that everything is average. Rooms are extremely small, very basic, and its not a value for money. Room service menu is pathetic and breafast menu is same everyday. Entrance and lobbyvare drab and has a very dated look.

Great view and in prime location, excellent rooms and quality of service from the staff who were very helpful

On arrival to this hotel, the hotel denied reservation for 2 rooms. They informed that they have received payment for only one room. After constant perseverance it was revealed that they had given one room to some other guest, perhaps an imposture (because he had used the same name and identity). Later they gave 2 rooms (as per booking). The staff wasn’t courteous and were acting difficult in both tone and body language. Would not recommend mercure pries center eiffel. Or even make my trip which was not available for any help or intervention. Very poor

I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and this is hands down the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. The staff is so rude and uncooperative. We were assured that the minibar would be replenished daily but in spite of that it was not done for 3 full days. When my husband complained about it the reception staff had the audacity to tell us to come downstairs and collect the bottles. Is that even fair? if the lapse i on the part of the housekeeping the least they can do is to rectify it. But this was the general attitude throughout our stay there. The rooms are abysmal. Especially the bathroom which is so tiny and unclean. The breakfast options are severely limited. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. But for how long will they rest on those laurels alone? there are so many hotels nearby. I'm sure they must be providing better service than this one. Please don't waste your hard earned money here. Would give it a 0 or -1 rating if i could. Avoid it all costs!

timing of check was 2 on but in the front office reception says we check only after 3pm, despite of shown evidence of a paper copy. The reception people and manager said we don’t care.
