Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse

The property is located at a stone’s throw away from Vaugirard Metro station. The hotel staff were very hospitable and friendly and attended to all our needs.

Lifts were not working out of three just one was working! The floors smelled of vinegar and was awful in cleanliness the government authorities must raid the hotel for cleanliness

The room was very congested with a lot of unnecessary furniture. The AC in the room was non functional, and water from the bathtub tap was leaking onto the floor. The jewelry safe was showing service error on multiple occasions. The breakfast menu was minimal. There was a cockroach in the room. Out of the 3 Novotel hotels that I stayed at during my France trip, this was the only problematic one.

Property location: very good. Right next to a metro station for easy travel to anywhere in Paris. Friendly staff, good size rooms

Location was very good, 10-15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. They gave us complementary drinks at the roof top bar, the view was insane 🤍.

Rooms were really bad, old towels, no tooth brush , no tooth paste, no lotion, … Poor breakfast… Not recommended

No water in room to drink, neither they provide if I want to buy. Have to go out to buy bottle. No basick things like, dental care, cream, shaving set etc . Toilet so cramp. Room with very dim light. Towels was so old that one can feel hardness of cloth. And breakfast was below standard

Great service and staff

We didn’t have a comfortable stay at novotel par-is vaugirard because ac in the hotel was functioning at 50% capacity. Without ac, in summer, the stay wasn’t at all comfortable with such high tariff pre-paid. The hotel manager has said that 20% amount will be refunded on account of this. But certainly, getting money back is not a solution.
