SUITE NOVOTEL PARIS ISSY

The hotel is very terrible, we family of three with an eight year old child, the very unorganised staff , 1st day of check in we were given room number 802 next day, the toilet roof started leaking, so they gave us room 304 and to are surprise the AC was not working and they solution was a fan. As we had only one night to adjust, we said okay. But The next day before check out the toilet door got jammed and it was not opening at all, and being a Saturday they had no staff to open the bathroom door. MakeMyTrip is also no help

Pleasant & Comfortable Stay in Novotel with larger than the life hospitality by Paris Staff! Very big rooms at a reasonable price and the best part is that Novotel has in their breakout area a small retail outlet which made our lives easy.

Rooms were slightly congested with washrooms and showers separated. The washroom was very congested. Rooms are also congested for a family of 4 people. Breakfast was ok, but not great. The location was nice and the staff was very cordial.

Nice hotel with good connectivity to train station. Staff is very good. There is little area in lobby with board games to keep kids engaged. Gym is very small but have treadmill and spinning bike. Breakfast option are limited and can get crowded. Overall a good hotel in paris. Rooms also have a microwave in them to heat food.

Rooms were spacious for european standards, clean and comfortable, breakfast had a decent choice. The location is very good with the rear & tram stations bang across, and buses also all around. Restaurants and cafes also all around the block and being an office district, felt safe at al hours and bustling during weekdays.

Clean and neat rooms, accessible location near to the rtr station. Around 10 minutes drive to the major attractions. Overall economical too

Had a good stay. But some issues relating to service when requested for water, body lotion, etc. Waited to get water for almost 2 hours! train station nearby with good connectivity. Overall a decent stay

The rooms were decent and bigger than our other par-is hotel. The location is a bit far from city centre. Made more difficult to travel by the metro station nearby closing down. The 2 guys at check-in were extremely sweet and helpful. The store downstairs is great and well stocked. The breakfast was super crowded with you having to make your own eggs which was new for me. But overall 3. 5-4/5.

Its located around 15 minutes away from Eiffel and main city center. Place is good. You have a metro station at your doorstep so commuting was very easy. There is a car hire 500 meters away and carrefour super market 1 km away.

Hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located near public transport. Staff was friendly and helped us with an early check in.

Stayed here with my family including parents. Station is right opposite. It has a tuck shop for quick bite. Not much of room service as it seems like a budget hotel. But overall I would rate it good

Our 2 day stay was pleasant and refreshing with the Seine river close by. All the public transport is reachable. Service is good. All together its a cool stay.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Paris, recommended for those who would like to visit Eiffel tower and palace of versailles.

Good access via train to Eiffel tower and central Paris. The other way to Versailles palace. Subway restaurant is opposite to hotel for economy and vegetarian options. There is also an Irish Pub and Pret a manger restaurant. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel with good pricing, go for it.
Good comfortable stay. Separate toilet and bathroom with bath tub.

Though room was quite clean and cosy, however it lacked basic facilities like toiletry kits. Mini bar was not stocked. Room service was inadequate and we had to run to the front desk for anything we wanted. Water bottles were not stocked and had to be bought.
