Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris

Hi One of their staff sitting on reception in evening shift was quite rude. Her behaviour was very disrespectful.

We chose this apartment hotel for its close proximity to the Eiffel tower as well as metro. Very well maintained, clean, modern, very good air conditioning. All facilities are provided, the neighborhood and premises are very safe and pleasant. Rooms are of a very decent size with an equipped kitchenette. Cannot go wrong by choosing this hotel.

The location and room size is perfect for exploring Paris. however, the air conditioning does not work, they just give you a fan instead and the reception isn't helpful. I stayed at the Citadines Tour Eiffel for less than 24 hours but it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I got the apartment suite with a well equipped kitchen, cooking utensils, a cute dining space and an even cuter Juliette balcony. I wish I could’ve spent another day there but I had my flight back home so....the location is excellent. It’s right opposite the Picquet Granelle metro station. When I come back to Paris I will most definitely will be staying here, again ♥️

The location and the amenities were great. The staff was very helpful and very courteous. Rooms were clean.

Hotel has excellent & english speaking staff. Location is superb & can view eiffel tower from hotel's room. Room's were neat & clean

The room was of excellent quality, the location was superb. The train station is right outside the hotel. The amenities were very good. The only negative is the over head and underground train sound, trains were passing by every minute or 2. But you get use to it.

Stay was comfortable, neat with kind staff. Place is very approachable and in the center of the city

It was a studio apartment facing the eiffel tower. The room was equipped with almost everything we need. Super stay & super view.

We went on our honeymoon and stayed in a studio room for 5 days. It was an awesome experience. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Great connectivity. Metro station in the opposite. Great list of caves and restaurants are there. Eiffel tower is just 10 minutes walking distance. Worth for every penny.

Great Location. Very co-operative staff. Good view from the room. View of Effill tower was mind blowing. Go and stay there. Have a great time there. Cleanliness was good. Room could have been bit bigger with some nice balcony.
