hotel with No proper AC

The property does not have a proper AC cooling system and when asked for maintenance guy no one attended instead they said the system is just for ventilation purpose and be ready in paris to carry your own water as they do provide even a single bottle during chekin

The toilet seat was not clean; it was severely cold and they didn't have a heater in the room. We were a family of 3 and they gave us 2 twin beds.
