We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Holiday Inn Paris Opéra Grands Boulevards, an IHG Hotel. The exceptional hospitality exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, Mario and Omaima at the front desk warmly welcomed us with impeccable courtesy. At the restaurant, Sylvain (Restaurant Manager), Jennifer (Chef), and Johnathan provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was delightful. Overall, our stay was truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff, superb service, and excellent amenities. Rating: 5/5 stars.

The rooms were very basic for a brand of holiday inn, moderately clean, passage smelled. Breakfast was decent though. Also the staff was very cooperative and went out of the way to help us with storing our luggage after checking out. All in all 1 for the room 3 for breakfast 4 for location and 4. 5 for the staff

Tiny rooms. Certainly qualifies for false advertizing. Initially given a room without a window ( shoe box ). Upon protesting they chnaged to a window room. Self service for water as well. Only positive was the location.

Great location near metro underground and yummy english breakfast, clean, courteous staff. Provide bottle full water everyday instead on one day only.

Nice experience nice hotel with all necessary amenities, in the heart of city, near to biggest mall and other famous places, fantastic service, hospitality by staff and service team

The location is good. Plenty of supermarkets and food restaurants available around. The hotel room price is overpriced as compared to other 4 or 5 star hotels available in Paris city. The hotel is quite arrogant about their room rates and are not willing to give the best available rate. The rooms are average European size with average view of the street or the sacre coeur.

It is located in main street and nice just outside the metro station. Hotel staff is good and very polite all the time. There are all facilities in room. Perfect hotel for holiday. I will recommend this hotel if you are looking comfort stay. Thank you Holiday Inn.
