ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne 15eme

The room size was too small and the staff was not at all approachable. The washroom had some issue at night due to which it became inoperational. We had to leave in the morning and they denied our requests to change the washroom. Had to use the common washroom

I had a wonderful stay at the Ibis hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is a major plus—just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is considerably close to Eiffel Tower; had a nice late evening walk from the Eiffel Tower to the hotel. Facilities were modern and well-kept, adding to the overall convenience. What stood out the most was the staff—warm, courteous, and genuinely considerate throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service in a convenient location. Booking it through MakeMyTrip was hassle-free and got a good deal as well

We booked Eiffel Tower view room.Room size was smaller than we expected but it was all good experience.Food was good there are so Ambu options available for trying bakery foods.There was no Indian food available but rest was all good..Receptionist was helpful for us.They provided printed routes to help find nearby places.

The rooms were congested washroom had no space like really really small could not even stand in it No water in the room No room service Booked two rooms but they gave one initially and had to ask for 2nd room

It’s one of the worst hotels I have checked in to in my entire life. Such small rooms (like that of a matchbox) , no ventilation in the toilet (toilet door has an opening at the bottom to the room) , bathroom is the size of a matchstick, no cupboards, no safety locker, no Coffee making machine/kettle, no shoe rack, terrible unfriendly staff. I checked out within few hours of checking in and moved to a different hotel unable to bear this Ibis room. Please don’t book a room here.

very good location.Walking distance from Eiffel tower.Near Underground train station.Near bus station.Very good breakfast.Very clean.Only minus point is room size.tiny bathroom.but room and bathroom are very good except size.We are two seniors with two big bags and two small bags,it is hard to open it.near reception there is a machine of hot and cold water.there are 3 lifts.we have train at 6-40 am early,we requested for breakfast and they prepare at 5-30 am .overall it's a good experience.From Paris we are going to Barcelona and we too book Ibis hotel there also.8.5 out of 10.

Right from the check-in, it was a bad experience. The staff was a bit rude. If you arrive a bit early you have to drag your luggage to a floor below and pay 6€ for a locker to keep it safe and the so called big locker can only store one big bag, so you need to hire multiple lockers for just the few hours. There was no cleanliness in the corridors. Also, we had been told Eiffel view but not given on the actual day. The room size was the smallest I have ever seen, you can barely walk if you have 2-3 bags as a couple. Overall it seems they are not bothered, and it was a very bad experience.

Staff was very friendly and location is very good just 2-3 min walk from cambronne station.

I like the place and location of the Hotel . it's nearest to the Eiffel tower, Just 20 minutes walk from my hotel and the Cambrone metro station is also nearest to it .

Poor quality rooms, very very small size. The bathroom is practically non-existing, it is so small that a little healthier person cannot negotiate inside. Claustrophobic rooms with no ventilation, a small window facing the opposite building with no view. The only good thing about the property is its location

The stay was good and comfortable. Small room but had all the necessary fittings in room. Best part is metro station is nearby so its easy to commute in paris. Overall decent stay.

Location and service is apt for a par-is tour. As the name suggests, it's close to the eiffel tower and the hotel service is good enough.

One of the hotel reception staff was very rude to us. He tried to confuse us many times as he seemed to have some issue with people coming from india, as he was very polite with others. This made us very uncomfortable at the beginning. But apart from him other hotel staff members were quite generous and the rooms were well maintained.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms and washrooms are tiny. An average person won't fit in the washrooms.
