Novotel Paris Est

The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. The room was tidy and fresh, and the staff are polite .The rooms were clean but comfortable. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty.

The stay was normal, not bad, but not not great either. The registration was terrible. I had to wait for over 2 hours to get the room. They told me every excuse to keep me waiting. I think they had overbooked, and were trying to solve their problem. At one point, they start to ignore me and I was afraid that I will not get a room.

Very dated room. Carpet staines, door handles weak, sink and tub faded. But clean sheets, bedding. 2mins walk to metro.

One of the worst hotels,wash room water was leaking and cleaning was poor its service also was bad our room nothing was good

Airconditioners are not operational. Services are poor. Breakfast there is very limited option and staff was never corporative

Service is too bad, Aircondition does not work. The staff does not support. Made a mistake to rebook my stay in the same hotel on 1st may to 2nd may 2025. I have yet to get my security deposit amount transferred to my account.

Overall experience was good. Staff were very supportive and cooperative. Breakfast options needs to improve. Housekeeping needs to slightly improve

Good hotel. But a bad locality. Pick-pocketers waiting for the target at the station. Be very careful! although the stay is worth the price.

Couple of issues… 1. Cleaning Staff is not at all good. Room and Bedding is not cleaned properly. 2. It seems in Paris due to winter they don’t operate Air condition in rooms, which is a BIG problem. You sweat like anything inside the room. Surprisingly all common areas like passage, reception, BF lounge are cool. I think that is because it is mostly used by hotel staff. 3. Overall experience is not pleasant due to delayed or no room service. I had to remind multiple times to get the work done.

Don’t book at any cost, no services provided at the hotel. Staff is rude and hopelessly unapologetic about not being able to provide anything. Room service will not respond and will not provide any towels also.

It was a very big hotel and it seemed like the staff were unable to handle the number of guests they had checked in. Basic requests like shampoo, soap and water were not fulfilled. The buffet breakfast was adequate at best. Had paid for 5 days but ended up eating at the hotel only 2 days due to the convenience factor. The lifts are always crowded and you have to wait in line to go to your floor.

Rooms were very hot, air conditioner were not working, staff was not cooperative, not able to rectify the problems, rooms were re allocated very small there also ac was not working properly small rooms small beds terrible experience

Excellent place to stay and provided service is also good.

Hotel was comfortable with a bus stop nearby which helped commutation easy. Very clean.

We had a great stay at Novotel. We had several options for breakfast. Staff was really courteous and rooms were clean.

Well connected Novotel and a place more on for business trips, yet very welcoming for families and they make you feel inclusive. Good service and great food

Basic facilities were missing

Hotel location is near to Gallieni metro station. Not too far from the key attractions. Room is also good. They had lesser options in the breakfast. Also, hotel staff is not what you would be expecting from the staff of a good hotel. I didn't see anyone wearing a smile while talking to the guests. I found there behavior little bit rude, that is the only negative point. But this hotel was cheap and rooms were also good. So I will rate it as value for money and a 3 star hotel.
