ibis Paris 17 Clichy-Batignolles (ex Berthier)

there was some issue in the surname part of my ticket, it took me a really long time to call again and again and contact the people. it took me 2 days to solve the query whereas my issue was very urgent. i feel the process should be simpler. if an agent is handling the issue, there should be an extention so that the same person handles the entire issue. it is really difficult to go through the whole process again and again. i was really disatisfied

Very good stay and good experience with ibis .small but clean room and staff was good .restaurants and cafe near the location

stay was average,room size is very small, hardly two people can move around,safe and locked closet is not available in room as per things to be present at my room.. otherwise cleaning is good,beds and sheets are clean.

Room size was too small, poor service from front desk, they dont allow uber to come to the lobby, we had to pull our bags for 250 meters or so, hous keeping not done

property is not good, as the entrance is so confusing plus unsafe at night, service are pathetic, we changed room twice due to lack of amenities. Breakfast have limited options plus not good in taste also. in short this property is not good for long stays.

Nice stay at this hotel. Budget hotel in par-is and easily accessible to major attractions in paris. Walking distance from rer, metro and bus stations. Many restaurants and super markets nearby. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Took a family room and was good.

The location of the property was very good, very close to metro/tram/train/rer/bus and residential properties around. Safe to stay for families with kids. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okayish. We were on the 8th floor and montmartre basilica's view was visible from the window.

It was a good experience but very expensive. Even after paying high charges, the hotel collected 5 euro each per day.

Average property, small rooms, lacks basic amenities. Basic facility of hot water kettle not there. If u need it, you have to go to the restaurant and ask, which is not very happily entertained by the hotel staff. Bathrooms too small, barely any space to stand, only 2 charging points, hotel does not give u any travel adapters. Over priced for the room that is small, lacks basic amenities. Daily housekeeping is a positive.

The rooms don’t have hot water kettle and tea coffee sachets. We are supposed to take hot water from reception. The location the cabs can’t locate the entrance due to its confusing entrance. The hotel is also 10min away from the closest metro making it hectic walk. The breakfast is extremely poor with same menu for all the days and the food were also half cooked. The only eatable dish was bread and jam. We extremely regret booking this hotel.

The rooms are too small to get your luggage in. The air con and heater does not work. Limited supply of fresh air into the room. No support from hotel staff. Don’t book.

Worst experience. The room is so small that hardly it was able to accommodate two adults. 95% of the room is occupied by beds. There were no bath towels provided. Did not expect this from a brand like ibis.

Nice hotel good location. Centrally located. Nice rooms. Only if you want to come and sleep at night. Good for budget and regular travelers

I was recently at this property for a 2 day stay for paris sightseeing. The location of this property is very convenient if you are using public transport. There's a beautiful park behind the property where you can go for your jogs. Nothing fancy about the breakfast, but it has good options as in any continental buffet. The rooms are per ibis standards and are good for 2 people.
