Novotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Nice hotel, neat and clean, hygienic with a comfortable stay, beautiful ambiance, and pleasant staff. Good breakfast, smooth check-in and check-out.

Excellent location in terms of bus, train station and cdg val (shuttle between terminals), sumptuous and quality spread at breakfast, very good amenities.

Checkin : super cool, checkout super super cool, Room : ok, staff: cool, no face wash, no dental kit, no shower cap, dirty towels.

Three of us were traveling for work at Rungis (near Orly) and our booking was erroneously made non-refundable and for Novotel Charles De Gaulle. Given our full day meetings at Rungis, we requested for a swap to Novotel Paris Orly Rungis instead. I had emailed the hotel 2 days in advance - first, there was no reply despite constant follow-up and second - they did not even consider the request when we reached and asked in person before check-in. Novotel is a large French chain, and this is a request for a HeadQuarter location. The Hotel Manager was probably more concerned about her own revenue than for customer service and experience. We spend a long time traveling both ways in peak traffic to Orly and did not enjoy our stay. Very disappointing given that it is the same chain of hotels - the customer experience is not seamless for such an esteemed and established chain. 🙁

Quick overnight stay between flights. Easily accessible location, good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Staff behaviour not so good and room is not good even they not giving me a single water bottle oh gosh that’s very terrible

Staff of the hotel is not at all co-operative. Bathroom was not clean, room carpet was not clean. And when we called the staff he dint came. Again we called and came very late. We are spending so much on brand like novotel and no service. We have asked for late checkout they are asking 49 euro for 2 hours late check out.

A very small and old property cold reception uncomfortable toilets bath the rooms are pretty small for the price and brand

Rooms and restaurant was good, however not having a jet spray in toilet was a big discomfort for travellers from india/ asia. Also linked to hygiene pov by indian/asian travellers.

Generally it was great and the staff were able to offer the room earlier when asked and very courteous all the way from reception to restaurant. Just that a part of the shower was broken making it a bit difficult to use. Rest top as always expected of novotel !

The stay was good except when i asked at the reception if they could charge my power bank while i was gone, since i didn’t have a converter. The property was good otherwise

Easily accessible in airport compound, this is a basic hotel that provides a bed to sleep and washroom to freshen up. Not much otherwise.

Very peaceful atmosphere and hygiene. Easy access to travel anywhere in the world. I am very much delighted to stay again in the same hotel. Bit expensive

Prime location, clean and easily accessible to airport

The property is just at the terminal 3 par-is cdg airport. The rooms were clean and spacious than what we experienced in the par-is city. It was a colorful property, well planned for family and kids. The food at luiza was good. We could customise as per our requirements. The rooms were very cleaned and staff was generous. Overall we had a wonderful stay

Good for a stop over in paris.

We stayed there for a day and our day was good, its exactly located on the charlie de galle airport and it was very convinent for us to stay there as we had our india flight from there.

Even they have not refunded the deposit till date

The hotel is perfectly located on the train and airport line and bus station and has excellent options for eating. The room was neat and clean and well maintained. Value for money.
