overall pathetic. doesn't justify the room tariff. basic toiletries like dental kit was not kept on their own. no support provided for luggage to room despite having 3 large bags. needed to carry on my own during check in and check out. room service was poor. food served was cold. even hot chocolate ordered was served almost cold. room service was very slow. no positive hospitality approach. no lunch was available at the hotel. was not informed at the time of booking. had to spend days without lunch or needed to go out to eat. nothing great about menu for dinner or breakfast. overall thoroughly dissatisfied

I checked in on a sunday at the hotel to my surprise their restaurant was not operating as it was a weekend. The room did not have basis things like a shower cap and dental kit.
