Average Stay
The door kept on making noise and the heating wasn't working properly. There was no tea kettle or glasses in the room. Room service's number wasn't available and couldn't be contacted.

Poor Stay
I stayed here recently and was extremely disappointed. The room had no coffee machine, no jug or kettle, and not even a single empty water bottle. The bed was either a small twin or queen, but both were cramped. The TV was tiny with no internet access, so no streaming options. The bathroom was also very small, with basic fittings. There were no amenities in the room at all – no toiletries beyond the bare minimum. The hotel has no food court, and the breakfast was extremely poor for the price they charge. There is usually no one at reception, making it hard to get help. There’s also no drinking water dispenser, so you have to walk to a nearby hotel (Campanile) just to get water or decent food. Even if you want to book it, check the airport shuttle service first – they advertise it, but it’s often fully booked, leaving you to arrange costly alternatives. Location-wise, the only advantage is that it’s near the airport. But it’s very inconvenient — no local public transport, no nearby restaurants, and hard to move around without a taxi. For the cost, it’s absolutely not worth it. Unless you only need a bed for a few hours before a flight and don’t care about comfort, food, or service, I would strongly recommend booking somewhere else.
